The judgment released by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, held that mail-order access to mifepristone, a Federal Drug Administration-approved abortion tablet, will no longer be offered. Circuit Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod provided the judgment Wednesday in Alliance for Hippocratic Medication v. Food & & Drug Administration, leaving a district court order in part and verifying in part.
