Gelpà for the First Circuit, the court promoted the Massachusetts District Court’s termination of a licensed nursing assistant’s claim versus a state-funded health care center that houses veterans, after he asserted offenses of his constitutional substantive due procedure rights to a safe workplace, to be devoid of a state-created risk, and to physical stability, throughout the COVID-19 break out.
