Alexis Tsipras Katrougalos’s declarations
Ex-minister Giorgos Katrougalos withdrew from the SYRIZA tally after the outcry brought on by his declaration that if Tsipras took workplace he would raise the insurance coverage contributions for the self-employed by 20 %.
Katrougalos’s declaration triggered fantastic outcry and required even the president of SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras, to the declarations of the previous minister and his partner to clarify in an interview that there is no arrangement in the SYRIZA platform to increase insurance coverage contributions.
