A Great Day - August 13, 2005

Today was a great day for shooting. I wasn't expecting it, but it was simply fabulous. In about an hour and a half, I shot about 140 frames. I'm relieved that I had the extra 1GB card I just bought. I also tried out the remote shutter release. And wow. Tripod shots with a stopped down aperture and a long exposure time are just glorious when there's no camera shake involved.

This is from today. I picked it simply because it was an easy choice and didn't require much in the way of decision making, or even thought. It's a nice, simple, photographic phrase. I want the rest of the evening to begin to study some of the other shots I got from today. Woohoo!

Excellent.
